Used Taigong TG-LV 1160 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus Control

Two identical Taigong TG-LV 1160 vertical machining centers are available, both built in 2025 and retained in near-new condition with only slightly more than 2,000 power-on hours since installation. Each machine is equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control system and a 10,000 rpm spindle supported by an oil cooler for thermal stability during long cutting cycles. The three axes ride on heavy-duty 45 mm wide roller linear guideways, and the X and Z axes each use 6 slider blocks, giving the structure high rigidity and stable accuracy under load. Tool change is performed by a Taiwan Detai 24-tool mechanical arm ATC with a disc-type magazine, and a chain-type chip conveyor handles chip removal. Machine voltage is 380 V.
