Used Taikan T-500 Vertical Drilling and Tapping Center

Used Taikan T-500 vertical drilling and tapping center, built in 2017 by Shenzhen Chuangshiji Machinery Co., Ltd. The machine is equipped with a FANUC 0i CNC control system and a high-speed spindle rated at 20,000 rpm. Tool changing is handled by a 14-tool disc-type servo tool magazine, giving fast, reliable tool-to-tool switching for drilling and tapping work. The vertical drilling and tapping center layout suits batch production of small to medium-sized parts in steel, aluminum and non-ferrous materials, with the FANUC control providing programming, canned cycles and high-speed tapping capability.
