Used Taixin TXC-1165 L 3 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 A Control
Used Taixin TXC-1165 L 3 vertical machining center, built in 2025, equipped with the Mitsubishi M 80 A CNC control system. Two identical units are available. The machine uses a BT40 belt-drive spindle rated to 10,000 rpm with 11 kW of spindle power. X, Y and Z travels are 1100 x 650 x 600 mm, with rapid traverse of 24 m/min. All three axes run on 45 mm roller linear guideways, and the X axis is fitted with six slider blocks. The spindle nose-to-table distance spans 110 to 710 mm above a 1200 x 600 mm worktable. Tool changing is handled by a 24-station arm-type automatic tool changer. Dial-gauge accuracy checks show spindle runout within 0.01 mm, with both the front and side bus lines of the spindle test bar also within 0.01 mm. An oil cooler is included with the machine.
