Used Takisawa CX-15 CNC Lathe with FANUC 0i-TF Plus Control

Takisawa CX-15 high-precision CNC lathe equipped with the FANUC Series 0i-TF Plus CNC control system and FANUC drives in the electrical cabinet. The machine is fitted with a 6-inch chuck, an 8-station tool turret and a hydraulic tailstock. Maximum swing diameter is 400 mm, maximum cutting diameter is 220 mm and maximum cutting length is 185 mm. The spindle bore accepts bar stock up to φ42 mm, and the spindle reaches a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm. The X and Z axes run on Japanese THK linear guideways, and repeatability is 0.002 mm. The machine was installed at the plant in 2022 and is offered as a used unit.
