Used Chuangshengte'er 1165 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus Control

Two identical Chuangshengte'er 1165 vertical machining centers, built on a two-linear-guideway and one-box-guideway structure for rigidity and smooth axis motion. Each machine carries a 600 x 1200 mm worktable with X/Y/Z travels of 1100 x 600 x 600 mm. The BT40 spindle runs to 8000 rpm and is served by a 24-tool disc-type tool magazine with mechanical arm tool change for fast, repeatable tool swaps. The Z axis is fitted with nitrogen counterbalance, keeping the head stable during heavy cutting and reducing load on the drive. Both machines are equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control system, an oil mist purifier and a chain-type chip conveyor. Body nameplate model: L 1160 A/5 X.
