Weifeng WF-1812 G gantry machining center with a two-line-one-hard guideway configuration: heavy-duty roller linear guideways on two axes and a box guideway on the third, giving a rigid, vibration-resistant frame for heavy cutting. The BT50 gear-head spindle runs up to 6000 rpm with spindle oil cooling, and the machine is equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC system and FANUC servo drives. The T-slotted worktable measures 1900 x 1000 mm, with 1100 mm door height and 1200 mm door width, and X/Y/Z travels of 1800 x 1200 x 720 mm. High torque output and heavy-load vibration resistance allow aggressive roughing with large depth of cut. Suited to mold work, steel plate and heat-treated material. Chip removal is handled by twin screw conveyors plus a chain-type chip conveyor.
