Shenyang Zhongjie GMB 1230 gantry machining center, a gantry-type CNC boring-milling machine built by Shenyang Machine Tool. The machine carries a gear-head spindle with No. 50 taper and a 32-station tool magazine, with linear scale feedback on the axes. Guideway configuration is two linear guideways and one box guideway, with X/Y/Z travel of 3050 x 1500 x 800 mm and a worktable measuring 3000 x 1250 mm. The work area is accessed through a 1500 mm wide, 1000 mm high door. Control is the high-specification FANUC MD CNC system paired with FANUC Alpha drive motors.
