Used Dayu T 5 BT30 Vertical Drilling and Tapping Center with FANUC 0i-MF

Dayu T 5 vertical drilling and tapping center, manufactured in March 2021 and offered in used condition. The machine is equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF CNC control system. Its BT30 directly coupled spindle reaches 20,000 rpm and is driven by a 5.5 kW spindle motor, with a spindle oil cooler installed. Tool changing uses a 16-station servo-driven disc tool magazine. All three axes run on linear guideways, with travels of 500 x 400 x 300 mm (X/Y/Z). The T-slotted worktable measures 650 x 400 mm, and the working area is enclosed by full protective guarding. Spindle nose to worktable distance ranges from 150 to 450 mm. Measured accuracy: three-axis repeatability within 0.015 mm, 300 mm spindle test bar within 0.015 mm, and front and side runout within 0.015 mm. Supplied from stock, 50 units available.
