Used PRATIC PIA-CNC 4500 Vertical Profile Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF

Used PRATIC PIA-CNC 4500 vertical profile machining center, built in March 2019 and currently installed in a factory in Pingxiang, Jiangxi. Two identical units of this model are available. The machine is equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF CNC control system and a BT30 spindle rated at 12,000 rpm. Axis travels are 4520 mm on X, 380 mm on Y and 420 mm on Z, with rapid traverse rates of 50 / 28 / 28 m/min. All three axes run on linear guideways and are specified to a repeatability of 0.01 mm. Tooling is held in a 16-station tool magazine. The worktable measures 4500 x 460 mm, suited to long extruded profiles and similar workpieces. A 4 th axis with tailstock is fitted for rotary workholding. Electrical supply is 380 V, 50 Hz with a total connected capacity of 20 kVA. Machine serial number is PIA 3118. The unit remains in production and can be inspected under power at its current location.
