Used DN Solutions DNM 5705 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF

Used DN Solutions DNM 5705 vertical machining center, year 2018, equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF control system with Doosan secondary-developed system software and an i Series operator panel. The BT40 direct-drive spindle reaches 12,000 rpm and is fitted with through-spindle coolant. The Z axis is raised to give a spindle nose to worktable distance of 850 mm. All three axes run on roller linear guideways, and the machine is fitted with a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer. The worktable measures 1,300 x 570 mm and is provided with T-slots; travels are 1,050 mm on X, 570 mm on Y and 511 mm on Z. Chip removal is handled by two screw-type chip conveyors together with a rear chain-type chip conveyor. The machine is also equipped with a spindle oil cooler and an oil mist collector.
