HEXIN CX 600(52) Y-Axis Turn-Mill CNC Lathe with 12-Station Live Tooling Turret

HEXIN CX 600(52) Y-axis turn-mill CNC lathe, new and unused, built for heavy-duty turning and milling in a single setup. The machine is equipped with a SYNTEC 22 TB Plus bus-type absolute multi-axis CNC system and a large-diameter 12-station servo live tooling turret carrying two BMT 55 live tool holders, one at 0° and one at 90°, which supports cross and axial milling, drilling and tapping operations. Workholding is an 8-inch hydraulic chuck with a Φ66 mm spindle bore, and the 15 kW high-speed motorized spindle with oil cooler runs up to 4000 rpm. The C axis is fitted with a hydraulic brake for accurate indexed and contouring work, and the programmable automatic MT 5 servo tailstock handles shaft-type parts. Axis travels are X 240 mm, Y ±55 mm and Z 600 mm. The machine weighs 5 t and measures 3047 x 1858 x 1923.5 mm overall. Two units are available, both unused.
