2015 Makino PS95 Vertical Machining Center with Makino Professional P Control, 12,000 RPM HSK Spindle, 30-Tool ATC

Used Makino PS 95 vertical machining center, manufactured in 2015. The machine is equipped with the Makino Professional P CNC control system and an electronic handwheel on the operator panel. It carries HSK spindle tooling and runs up to 12,000 rpm, with a maximum spindle power of 25 kW and an oil-cooled spindle. Through-spindle coolant is fitted for deep-hole and high-pressure cutting applications. All three axes ride on 45 mm roller linear guideways, with travels of 920 x 510 x 460 mm (X/Y/Z). Tool changing is handled by a 30-station arm-type servo tool magazine, and a chip conveyor is included for chip removal. The machine body carries Makino branding and the work area is enclosed by full splash guarding. Spindle runout is held within 0.01 mm.
