Used MYTECH MT-2824 VS-I High-Speed Gantry Machining Center

Taiwan-origin MYTECH MT-2824 VS-I high-speed gantry machining center, in place under power. Travels are X 700 mm, Y 600 mm and Z 450 mm, with an 800 x 600 mm worktable machined with T-slots. The spindle is a BBT 40 motorized spindle running up to 36,000 rpm and is served by a spindle chiller. The machine is equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK 828 D CNC control system and a 24-station tool magazine. All three axes run on linear guideways as a high-speed configuration, making the machine well suited to high-speed machining of copper electrodes, graphite, precision molds and 3 C precision parts. Accuracy is in excellent condition and the machine can be inspected and test cut on site.
