Used Reemak 46 LYSS Dual-Spindle Turn-Mill CNC Lathe with SYNTEC 220 TB

Reemak 46 LYSS dual-spindle turn-mill built for complete machining of both part ends in a single setup. The machine carries a SYNTEC 220 TB dual-channel bus absolute control system and a 12-station BMT 55 servo live tooling turret with a lifting Y axis, arranged with two driven tool positions at 0° and one at 90° for turning, milling, drilling and tapping on the same platform. Main and sub spindle both use A 2-5 high-speed motorized spindles with a 6-inch hydraulic chuck, and the two spindles dock automatically so the workpiece can be transferred and machined from the opposite end without a second operation. The unit is offered in approximately 95% new, near-new condition, having seen very little use. Electrical cabinet servo drives are in place and the machine is complete as a running turn-mill installation.
