Harvest Star B-500 S high-speed engraving and milling machine built on a vertical machining center structure for high-speed precision work. Equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control system and an ISO 20 direct-drive spindle with a maximum speed of 36,000 rpm, supported by a 13-tool servo tool magazine for fast automatic tool changes. Travels are X 500 mm, Y 400 mm and Z 300 mm on THK C 3-class precision ball screws and linear high-speed guideways, and all three axes rapid traverse at 48 m/min. The T-slot worktable measures 600 x 420 mm and carries loads up to 250 kg. Well suited to 3 C small parts, aluminum and copper electrode work, precision molds and graphite machining.
