Used Nanjing Weinuoke GMC-6035 F Gantry Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Like-new heavy-duty Nanjing Weinuoke GMC-6035 F gantry machining center, still installed and under power in the factory. This is the heavy-duty version with a square ram and a fully automatic side milling head, giving high rigidity for heavy cutting. The guideway arrangement is two linear guideways and one box guideway, and the X axis runs on three heavy-duty linear guideways with 21 slider blocks. Tooling is handled by a 24-station mechanical tool magazine. The machine is equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC system featuring split-type high-power drives and alpha motors, and the electrical cabinet houses FANUC servo drives. The spindle is a BT50 geared head running up to 6000 rpm with oil cooling and a hydraulic power unit. Worktable size is 6000 x 3000 mm, and the three-axis travel is X 6200 mm, Y 3800 mm and Z 1250 mm. Door width is 3580 mm and door height is 2000 mm. Chip removal is handled by a dual screw chip conveyor plus a chain-type chip conveyor. Machine capacity is 50 kVA, it was built by Nanjing Weinuoke Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the factory date is May 2023. The machine is fully equipped and available for inspection in place.
