Used DN Solutions DNM 6705 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Used DN Solutions DNM 6705 vertical machining center, built in 2018 and available from stock. The machine is equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus control system with DN Solutions secondary development, and the spindle nose to table distance is 980 mm thanks to the raised Z axis. The BT40 direct-drive spindle runs up to 12,000 rpm and features through-spindle coolant. Tool changing is handled by a 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer, and all three axes run on roller linear guideways for rigidity and smooth motion. The worktable measures 1500 x 670 mm with X/Y/Z travels of 1300 / 670 / 626 mm. Chip removal is covered by two spiral chip conveyors together with a rear chain-type chip conveyor, and the machine also includes a spindle oil cooler and an oil mist collector.
