Used Dongbu Dasen VTC-80 Vertical Turn-Mill Center with GSK 988 Control

This Dongbu Dasen VTC-80 is a high-speed vertical turn-mill center built in 2024 and in near-new condition with very little use since installation. It accepts workpieces up to Ø900 mm swing diameter with a maximum machining height of 650 mm. The machine is fitted with an A 2-15 heavy-duty mechanical spindle driven by a 22 kW servo main motor, delivering spindle speeds from 50 to 1000 rpm. Workholding is handled by a 24-inch hydraulic chuck. Turning and milling capability comes from an oversized 12-station BMT 65 servo live tooling turret, supplied with four live tools — two at 0° and two at 90°. The machine runs the latest GSK 988 large-screen absolute bus CNC system. Overall machine weight is approximately 10 t.
