Used DORST KC-50 C Turn-Mill CNC Lathe with SYNTEC 22 TA Control

DORST KC-50 C turn-mill CNC lathe in used condition, approximately 90% new. The machine is built around a large-diameter 12-station servo live tooling turret and is equipped with a SYNTEC 22 TA absolute multi-axis bus CNC system. Three BMT 55/ER 32 live tool holders are supplied — two at 0° and one at 90° — supporting driven drilling and milling work off the turret. Workholding is an 8-inch hollow hydraulic chuck, and the 11 kW A 2-6 high-speed spindle unit runs together with a hydraulically braked C axis. Both axes ride on HIWIN precision roller linear guideways, and the machine is completed by an MT 5 hydraulic tailstock and a chain-type chip conveyor. Suited to parts that do not require a Y axis, where its relatively high machining rigidity is an advantage.
