Used Gaoxun KS-TV 10 Vertical Machining Center with Mitsubishi M 80 Control
Three identical Gaoxun KS-TV 10 vertical machining centers are available. Each machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi M 80 CNC control system and a belt-driven BT40 spindle with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm. The 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer supports fast tool changes, and the machine includes a spindle oil chiller and a chip conveyor. The spindle motor is rated 11 kW, and the machine operates on AC 380 V, 50 Hz power. All three axes use linear guideways, and the three axes and spindle run quietly. Test accuracy is 0.01 mm.
