Used YCM NCV 102 AM vertical machining center, offered as three identical units for mold machining work. The machine is equipped with the FANUC MXP-200 FB high-specification control system including the mold machining package, with FANUC drives installed in the electrical cabinet. X/Y/Z travels are 1020 x 520 x 540 mm. The BBT 40 spindle is oil-air lubricated, runs up to 15,000 rpm and is fitted with an oil cooler. A 24-station disc-type tool magazine, THK guideways and ball screws with 8 mm pitch are fitted, and the worktable uses a T-slot structure. Ancillary equipment includes an automatic chip conveyor, a tool setter and an oil-water separator.
