Used YLES GMC 2015 CNC Gantry Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Newly arrived YLES GMC 2015 CNC gantry machining center, manufactured in March 2024 and in very good condition. The machine runs on a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control system and features three-axis linear guideways, giving smooth, rigid travel and reliable accuracy on large workpieces. The spindle is a Taiwan Luoyi BT50 unit rated 6,000 rpm and fitted with an oil cooler, and tool changes are handled by a 24-station Taiwan Gangtian mechanical tool magazine. The worktable measures 2100 x 1300 mm, with a door width of 1570 mm, door height of 1150 mm and a spindle nose to table distance of 1060 mm, providing generous room for tall fixtured parts. Chip evacuation uses a built-in dual screw-type conveyor combined with a chain-type chip conveyor for continuous production. Electrical rating is 380 V, 40 KVA. The machine is in very good condition throughout and ready to work.
