ZERSANG S-46 turn-mill CNC lathe in approximately 95% new condition, built for combined turning and milling in a single setup. The machine is equipped with the KND K 1000 TF 1i turn-mill CNC control system. Workholding is a 6-inch chuck on an A 2-5 spindle nose with a 46 mm through-bore, matched to a 12-station BMT 45 live tooling turret that carries three 90-degree live tools. The high-speed motorized spindle provides high indexing accuracy and is fitted with a hydraulic brake. Swing diameter is Ø460 mm, with 800 mm X-axis travel and 400 mm Z-axis travel. Machining accuracy is held to new-machine standard. The unit is ready for inspection and immediate delivery.
