Used Zhuozhuang GMC-3022 Gantry Machining Center

Used Zhuozhuang GMC-3022 gantry machining center, currently in position in a Shanghai factory and available for sale. The machine is built on a Taizheng machine bed in the raised-height configuration and is equipped with a FANUC MF Plus CNC control system and Alpha servo motors with separate drive units. The BT50 spindle runs at up to 6000 rpm, and the worktable measures 3000 x 1800 mm with X/Y/Z travels of 3100 / 2210 / 1230 mm. Enclosed height is 1700 mm, door width is 2200 mm, and the spindle nose to table distance is 1550 mm. The guideway arrangement is two linear guideways and one box guideway: the X axis uses 55 heavy-duty roller linear guideways and the Y axis is reinforced with eight slider blocks. Chip removal is handled by dual screw-type chip conveyors together with a chain-type chip conveyor.
