Used KANG BA U-380 Cradle-Type 5-Axis Machining Center with SYNTEC 220 MA-5 Control

KANG BA U-380 cradle-type 5-axis machining center built for simultaneous five-axis contouring of complex parts. X/Y/Z travels of 600 / 400 / 450 mm are combined with a 260 mm face diameter tilting cradle table with 400 mm swing, giving the A and C axes generous work envelope for multi-face milling, drilling and tapping in a single setup. The machine is equipped with the SYNTEC 220 MA-5 five-axis simultaneous CNC system featuring RTCP tool center point follow-up, so tool orientation and feed are compensated automatically as the A and C axes rotate. A/C axes carry Renishaw linear scales for full closed-loop position feedback, maintaining accuracy under continuous five-axis motion. A BT40 spindle runs up to 12000 rpm and changes tools from a 24-station disc magazine. Machine support systems include a chain-type chip conveyor, oil-water separator, oil cooler and an electrical cabinet constant-temperature air conditioner. The machine is offered in near-new used condition.
